How to Move a Licence to a New PC
DelayLens licences are permanently portable. Each licence covers up to 2 devices simultaneously (for example, your main workstation and a travelling laptop). When replacing a machine, follow this simple procedure:
On Your Old PC: Deactivate
Open Microsoft Excel, click on the DelayLens tab in the ribbon, locate the About section, click Licence, and select Deactivate. This frees up your device slot immediately.
On Your New PC: Install DelayLens
Download and run DelayLens-Setup.exe from the Download page.
On Your New PC: Activate Code
Open Excel on your new computer, navigate to DelayLens > Licence, and paste your original licence code from your purchase email.
Lost Access to Your Old Machine?
If an old computer suffered hardware failure or was reformatted before you could deactivate, please reach out to support with your order number or registered email, and we will reset your activation allowance.
